WE BUILT THE DUCK
A WEBSITE
Pursuant to contractual negotiations, CCKR Publishing was required to provide Captain Quackpot™ with a website. The agreement contained no provision requiring us to do anything useful with it.
SECTION 1.0: MANDATE
Pursuant to the terms negotiated between CCKR Publishing and Captain Quackpot™, the Corporation agreed to establish and maintain a digital presence on behalf of the aforementioned duck. Said obligation has now been satisfied. Nothing in the agreement requires the Corporation to provide meaningful content, regular updates, useful information, entertainment, merchandise, or any other service beyond the continued existence of this website.
Any interpretation to the contrary should be directed to Captain Quackpot™'s outside counsel, preferably at someone else's expense.
CURRENT EXECUTIVE STATUS
THE DUCK IS STILL IN FUCKING CHINA.
CORPORATE COMPLIANCE
CCKR Publishing considers its contractual obligations regarding this website fulfilled in full. Further development will occur only as operational necessity, public interest, poor judgment, or additional contract negotiations may require.
